Summer ‘25 Bacon Seeds Planted

Reunited and it feels so good!!!

To everyone's delight we reunited Aspen and Molly on Tuesday, March 4th.

We've never seen Aspen skip a meal but this reunion did it. As we lured him over to the paddock he acted like we wanted to go for one of his infamous walkabouts, but once he saw Molly, it was on!

He sprinted right in, took one bite of grain and then got to work showing off. Too much pawing, peeing and vocalizing to be done!

She does appear to be in heat and he got right to work being his best boar self, so we are hoping for end of June babies. Pig gestation is 3 months, 3 weeks and 3 days.

Perfect timing for a summer farm visit to hold the littles!!!
